At RAMIX Tech Consulting, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we are committed to delivering high-quality IT consulting, compliance readiness, and fractional CTO services. Because our work is often customized to each client, we have established the following Refund and Cancellation Policy to ensure transparency and fairness.
1. Service Agreements Govern Refunds
All refunds are governed by the signed Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) specific to your engagement. These documents outline the scope of work, deliverables, payment terms, and any applicable refund conditions.
If there are inconsistencies between this policy and the signed agreement, the agreement takes precedence.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

Duplicate Payments: If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same service, we will issue a full refund of the duplicate charge.

Unrendered Services: If you cancel services before work begins, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the agreement terms.

Service Failure by RAMIX: If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to circumstances under our control, we may offer a credit or partial refund at our discretion.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Because our consulting services are tailored to each client, refunds are generally not available in the following scenarios:

You change your mind after services have started.

Deliverables have been provided according to the signed agreement.

Delays or issues arise due to incomplete information, lack of access, or client-side dependencies.

Third-party tools, products, or services fail, and such failures are outside RAMIX’s control.
4. Deposits & Retainers
For certain projects, we may require upfront deposits or monthly retainers:

Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.

Retainers secure dedicated time and resources and are non-refundable unless canceled in writing before the start of the billing cycle.
5. Cancellations
Clients may cancel services at any time by providing written notice via email to contact@ramixtechconsulting.com.

If you cancel before work begins, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund of any prepaid fees.

If you cancel after work has begun, you will be billed for work completed up to the date of cancellation.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the matter quickly and fairly.
